Rental Policy
At Euro Electronic Space, we provide professional audio equipment rentals for events, touring, live productions, venues and installations. Our goal is to offer reliable equipment with clear rental terms and straightforward service.
Please review this Rental Policy before confirming your booking.
1. Rental Period
Rental charges are generally calculated on a daily basis, unless another rental period has been agreed in writing.
The rental begins on the confirmed collection or delivery date and ends on the agreed return date. If you need additional time, please request an extension before the rental expires. Additional charges may apply.
2. Booking & Payment
A rental reservation is confirmed once the required payment and booking details have been received and accepted.
Prices and payment requirements will be shown on your quotation, invoice or rental confirmation. Available payment methods will be communicated when the booking is arranged.
For certain high-value equipment or complete systems, a security deposit may also be required.
3. Delivery, Collection & Setup
Depending on the rental, equipment may be delivered, collected or transported using an agreed shipping or freight method.
Where available and agreed in advance, professional setup or technical services may also be arranged.
Delivery and service charges depend on factors such as equipment quantity, distance, transport requirements and installation needs.
4. Care of Rental Equipment
The renter is responsible for taking reasonable care of the equipment from the time it is received until it is safely returned or collected.
Equipment must be used for its intended purpose and operated in accordance with applicable safety requirements and manufacturer guidance.
Rental equipment may not be sold, transferred, sub-rented or loaned to another party without our prior written approval.
5. Damage, Loss or Theft
Any damage, loss or theft should be reported to Euro Electronic Space as soon as possible.
Where damage or loss results from misuse, negligence or circumstances for which the renter is responsible, reasonable repair or replacement costs may be charged.
If equipment develops a technical fault that was not caused by misuse, contact us promptly. Where reasonably possible, we will provide technical assistance or suitable replacement equipment, subject to availability.
6. Equipment Returns & Late Charges
All equipment and included accessories must be returned by the date agreed in the rental confirmation.
Late returns without an approved extension may result in additional rental charges based on the extra rental period.
Equipment should be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was supplied, allowing for reasonable wear from proper professional use.
7. Cancellations
Unless different terms are stated in your quotation or rental confirmation, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental start date may qualify for a refund of eligible prepaid rental charges.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to reasonable cancellation charges, particularly where equipment has already been reserved, prepared or transportation has been arranged.
Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
8. Professional Use & Safety
Professional audio systems may involve heavy equipment, high electrical power, suspended loudspeakers and high sound-pressure levels.
The renter is responsible for ensuring that equipment is installed, rigged and operated by suitably competent personnel and in accordance with applicable safety requirements.
9. Liability
Euro Electronic Space will provide rental equipment according to the confirmed rental arrangements.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses resulting from improper operation, unauthorized modifications or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Governing Law
This Rental Policy is governed by the laws of France, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that may apply.
Where legally enforceable, disputes concerning business-to-business rentals will be handled by the competent courts in Paris, France.
